The first phase of the Satasomatic project in the Satakunta welfare area, the Kuuma Hospital, is a significant investment in the development of healthcare infrastructure, with the aim of providing the residents of the area with higher quality, more diverse and easily accessible healthcare services. The Kuuma Hospital has been designed to take into account modern healthcare needs, patient safety and environmental aspects. The Kuuma Hospital will be equipped with the latest healthcare technology. The level of equipment enables more efficient treatment of patients. The patient-friendly design creates a positive care experience and special attention has been paid to general comfort and safety. All operations and construction have also sought to comply with high environmental standards and promote sustainable development.
During the project planning phase, cost estimates, schedules and risk assessments were prepared for two different implementation solutions. In addition, the same estimates were made for two different alternatives. The cost assessment has taken into account the phased effects on the schedule and costs. The review utilized the strong hospital project expertise of Intecon’s personnel.
Based on these, the client selected an implementation solution, which has led to the design phase of the proposal. Based on this alternative, a cost information model for the project is also created for planning.
