In connection with the centralization of the health functions of the Welfare Service Region, the conversion of the premises of the current Rauma Hospital and Rauma City Health Centre into social and health centre operations is being investigated.
To support the needs assessment, a cost assessment was made of a version in which the old building was renovated and an extension was made in connection with the renovation.
The needs assessment for the project has been approved and the project has moved to the project planning phase with an architect.
